Biography

Roberto Torres Mata is a first-generation Mexican American visual artist, teacher, and curator from Huntington Beach, California, and Madison, WI. His interdisciplinary practice explores themes of migration, displacement, and cultural identity through printmaking, sculpture, drawing, and community-based projects.
