The docent program is a volunteer tour guide opportunity through the Fralin Museum, where students facilitate close-looking with original works of art, gain vital experience as museum educators, and serve the community by leading tours for thousands of area school children every year. It includes a semester-long training course through the Fralin, with course topics including public speaking, dialogic teaching, and education theory. Students of all majors are encouraged to apply!
